The Work Site

OK. So. What I've started doing is as soon as I wake up after a dream I roll over, grab my phone, and record myself describing what just happened. Then, the next morning after I'm fully awake, I listen to the recording and write it down here. So far, they're FREAKING hilarious. I don't remember saying half of the stuff that's on the recordings. Anyways, that's how it's going down.

I've been lost for like 5 days.

There are some people that I recognize, but there is something off about them. They're acting differently. I'm helping them rebuild my friend Kyle Vaughn's house and trying to figure out where I am (in the world). I had lost my sandals a few days back and so today, after working on the house, when it was time for me to go back home one of the guys who's helping me was being WAY too nice. He was saying like "Do this, do this, no, this way" trying to explain how to build the house. Then, he said "Oh, are these your sandals?" and gave me a pair of sandals that looked like mine, but weren't because they had a lot more straps... So, I said "Yea... those are my sandals." and I put them on and they fit, but they weren't mine. Then he said "Yea, you probably forgot about them when you were working because you needed to be barefoot."

Now, there was also a number that I had to call everyday on the work site. I saw someone else doing it so I would call and just say "Checking in" and they'd say "OK" and hang up. When we were working on the house we accidentally left the gas line on. It was really close to the circular saw and so when the saw made some sparks it ignited the gas. It looked like a huge flamethrower and was awesome. Also, Chris was there, but he was wearing really tight clothing and it was gross.
